I have been using Notepad++ to edit HTML. It is not as simple as regular Notepad, however it is not much more complicated than Notepad either. It's a great way to start editing and learning the process. I will update if I find something more suitable!
Suggestions are always appreciated :)

Wrote out code for 15mins (by hand) and pick the best example:

-jenEliz
Magnificent Post #1
A webdesign brand in the making, jenEliz is embarking on the Webcraft 101 adventure so as to lay one bad ass foundation for what will be a sweet web design company. Specifically:
- Looking to solidify HTML/CSS and JavaScript writing skills
- Gain a full understanding of web design and template creation
- Learn the needs of companies/potential clients and how to best suit them
In general, jenEliz is a brand that is quite interesting!
- 2006 jenEliz was created by Jen who was looking to help her father's company create a website that drives traffic and revenue for the otherwise unadvertised company
- In 2009 jenEliz began freelancing for individuals and eventually learned how to make (and ending up making) her own blog/website
- In 2010 jenEliz had her first ever real client, a well-known personal trainer in the Chicagoland area, and reorganized her website and created a full brand of the individual (who has since created her own LLC!)
- Now, in 2011, jenEliz is looking to create her own business and aid small companies and businesses with their website needs!
For those of you with minor projects, feel free to reach out! jenEliz is looking to build a crazy cool portfolio and doing work for you for free will greatly aid in that process! Send an e-mail to Jen with subject title: jenEliz: Freelance
Peace geeks!
